Lead Digital Services Delivery

The Operations and Business Technology department is seeking a skilled and driven individual to fill the position of ITSM Delivery Lead.

As the ITSM Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for providing a seamless support experience for customers and stakeholders by developing and implementing efficient ITSM processes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop cross-functional ITSM processes across teams, manage business and technical staff, and transition services into the Operations Service Catalogue.

About this position:

  • Develop and coordinate digital projects and releases in an agile environment.
  • Manage and lead business and technical staff and processes.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate ITSM processes.
  • Lead the creation of reports, dashboards, and metrics for ITSM reporting to executive management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in digital project management and release coordination.
  • Proven experience in managing business and technical staff and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and metrics for ITSM reporting.
