We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts, focusing on IT service management, incident management, and change management.
Mandatory Skills
  • ">• ITIL V4 framework and its application in service management">• Proficiency in using BMC Helix CMDB for configuration management">• Excellent skills in risk, vendor, and incident management">• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges">• Experience in development and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, Smart IT">• Proficient in Remedy Workflow customizations using Developer Studio">• Should have ITSM integration experience with external systems using different methodologies like REST API/web service etc.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    As an IT Service Management specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations from sources of record/tools to BMC CMDB. You will also design and develop Remedy workflow and code, as well as integrate CMDB with multiple systems using Atrium Spoon and Atrium Integrator. Additionally, you will manage the BMCHelix CMDB to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data, identify and mitigate risks through comprehensive risk management strategies, and handle vendor management to ensure quality service delivery and maintain strong vendor relationships.
