The Role

">

We're seeking a Travel Success Manager to work with our Travel sales team and management. This role will execute strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, find opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize the Flywire International Payment Solution.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within key business client accounts">
  • Creating ideal strategies for each business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling">
  • Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms through quarterly/bi-annual business reviews">
  • Working with existing business teams to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding">
  • Strategic Consultation- Becoming a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy">
  • Developing and maintaining current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company">
  • Execution and results-oriented with excellent project management skills and ability to lead and manage time-sensitive initiatives">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role">
  • Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships">
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills">
  • Proficient presentation skills">
  • Proficient in multiple languages is a plus">
  • Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is a plus">
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time">
