About Flight Centre Business Travel

At Flight Centre Business Travel, we're a specialist corporate travel solution provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our small to medium enterprise (SME) clients.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 per annum, plus super guarantee for the first six months. After that, you'll receive a base salary plus uncapped incentives and superannuation. You'll also enjoy Monday to Friday business hours, allowing you to have the weekends off.

Job Description

As a Corporate Travel Management Professional, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our SME clients. Your primary focus will be on providing expert travel management services, including research, booking, trip management, and traveller experience.

You'll work closely with your customers to understand their total travel program needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and face-to-face interactions
  • Provide expert travel management services, including researching and booking travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with Sabre being highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict service level agreements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
