About the Role

This position is part of the Tax Operations team within the Tax Services – Fund Administration Team. You will interact with various managers and teams, including Fund Administration colleagues, Investment Administration teams, Custody Operations, and other internal teams.

  • You will deliver accurate and timely tax reporting deliverables.
  • Review distribution calculations, superannuation fund tax calculations, and tax returns.
  • Maintain client tax profiles and security static data used for reporting and tax calculations.
  • Respond to client queries.
  • Adhere to operational compliance and risk policies.
  • Assist in project completion, including testing tax templates.
  • Contribute to meeting team deliverables.

Requirements

We are looking for Senior Tax accountants with 4+ years of experience in tax checking and reviewing, preferably in a similar funds management or big4 tax accounting role.

  • Tax experience in financial services, with a background in custody or funds management, is highly valued.
  • Degree qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.

The successful candidate will have great day rates on offer, ranging from $700-800 per day + super, dependent on level of experience.
