Product Operations Expert

About the Role:

The Product Operations Expert will serve as a key liaison between our product teams and operations functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and roll out training materials and tools to ensure efficient operation and a world-class in-home experience.
  • Manage capacity forecasts and provide relevant data to internal and external partners.
  • Analyse key performance metrics to identify root cause performance issues and inspire change.
  • Inform delivery and service network development strategy, in partnership with business partners.
  • Organise and prepare performance scorecards/SLAs and drive the performance management process.
  • Manage people remotely across multiple cities.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a unique and exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to analyse data for reporting against KPI's and drive insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets.
