
Strategic Recruitment Specialist

- Undertake recruitment activities by utilising recruitment software to perform duties including sourcing best talent, effectively screening candidates, and supporting the Head of People & Culture in building an attractive EVP and company culture
- Partner with stakeholders on all recruitment matters and regularly record and report activities
- Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment activities including creating job adverts, posting jobs, screening, interview coordination and/or attendance, and updating position descriptions
- Ensure candidates are fully briefed on the role prior to interview and manage the offer and feedback process, ensuring the best candidate experience
- Ensure effective, efficient and timely administration in recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment campaigns to attract high-calibre candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver results-oriented recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requirements, and selection criteria
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, with a passion for working alongside hiring managers and leading interviews to get the best possible outcome for the team and business
- Proven ability to source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using various tools and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, stakeholders, and hiring managers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex recruitment challenges
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic role
