Trade Installation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and driven professional to fill the role of Trade Installation Specialist. In this part-time capacity, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new installation talent across Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Excel and exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will be working from our headquarters in Byron Bay, surrounded by a collaborative and environmentally conscious work environment. As a Trade Installation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the renewable energy sector and advance your career in an exciting and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop relationships with new installation professionals across Australia.
  • Evaluate and engage installation talent on a national basis.
  • Build a database of leads in a geographic area utilizing Excel.
  • Negotiate service agreements and prices with tradesmen.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Excel.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues.
