Overview

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll support our Director and Senior Account Manager while building your expertise in the blue collar mining sector. From day one, you'll step into a desk with an established client base, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs
  • Proactively networking and sourcing quality candidates
  • Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles
  • Conducting video interviews and presenting "decision-ready" candidates
  • Generating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM)
  • Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance
  • Assisting BDMs with lead generation and market insights
Requirements
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience in a phone-based or customer facing role
  • Proven resilience and intrinsic motivation to thrive in a fast-paced industry
  • Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, recruitment, or sales
  • A friendly, energetic personality - confident both in person and over the phone
  • Exceptional communication and attention to detail
  • A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • An inquisitive nature - we love people who want to truly understand the industries they recruit in
