Located in a picturesque coastal area, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and maintain our existing brand proposition and sophisticated marketing strategy.

This role will focus on elevating our existing brand and strategy, rather than making major changes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining our brand within the travel market
  • Managing our annual marketing strategy, encompassing both online and offline efforts
  • Overseeing relationships with PR agencies and digital marketing specialists
  • Handling activation, collaboration, and partnership opportunities
  • Custodian of our website, social media handles, and online platforms
  • Oversight of our social media strategy, community engagement, and customer relationship management
  • Management of Google Business accounts, pay-per-click advertising spend, and analytics
  • Identification of digital content requirements and oversight of photo and video shoots

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably 1-3 years
  • Solid understanding of the booking process in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, social media, web design, and analytics
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Creative mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing agency performance
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
