About This Role

As a specialist in transactional banking, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals through strategic needs-based conversations and educating them on the available financial solutions.

You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver outstanding customer service. You will act as a role model and peer coach to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service possible. By delivering on our customer promises, you will ensure that customers leave the branch as strong advocates of our brand.
