This role offers a chance to accelerate your career in recruitment. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will collaborate with senior team members while developing expertise in the blue collar mining sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key clients to support their on-site talent needs
- Proactively network and source quality candidates
- Execute candidate attraction strategies for priority roles
- Conduct video interviews and present "decision-ready" candidates
- Manage your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance
- Assist business development managers with lead generation and market insights
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role
- Proven resilience and intrinsic motivation to thrive in a fast-paced industry
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, recruitment, or sales
- A friendly, energetic personality - confident both in person and over the phone
- Exceptional communication and attention to detail
- A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- An inquisitive nature - we love people who want to truly understand the industries they recruit in
