About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver First Aid courses in Broome. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of first aid guidelines and regulations, including ANZCOR and ARC guidelines. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Previous experience in delivering First Aid training is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver First Aid courses in Broome, adhering to St John WA's high standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with learners, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest first aid guidelines and regulations, including ANZCOR and ARC guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective training programs.

Requirements:

  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Hold a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or be willing to obtain if successful.

  • Current 'C' or 'CA' class driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
