Job Summary

St Mary's College Broome seeks an experienced Education Leader to support students, build relationships, and promote student well-being in a Catholic education environment. The successful candidate will oversee staff teams, manage day-to-day operations, and develop strategies for improving student outcomes.

About the Role
  • Lead staff teams in behaviour development, student support, and pastoral care
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes and promoting school-wide initiatives
  • Manage daily operations, including timetabling, attendance, and reporting
  • Prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and provide guidance to staff members
Requirements
  • Relevant 4-year tertiary qualifications in education or a related field
  • Current Working with Children Check WA and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within Catholic education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with staff, students, and parents
Estimated Salary

A competitive salary is on offer, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and requirements of the role.
