Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers/Lifeguards at Latrobe City Council.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience at our leisure facilities.
- Supervise the public using the facilities, maintaining vigilant observation of all activities in the pool area and enforcing centre behaviours and safety rules as required.
- Be familiar with emergency First Aid and evacuation procedures and take action as required.
- Handle both telephone and counter enquires, providing accurate and timely information to our customers.
- Input data into the computer to update attendance, membership records, and record bookings in programs.
- Keep the facilities clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness.
About You:
- You will have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, with experience in cash handling, computer system experience, and a high attention to detail.
- You will need or be willing to obtain a Level 2 First Aid Certificate and a current pool lifeguard qualification.

- A competitive hourly rate of $40.32 (includes 25% Casual Loading) plus 11.5% Superannuation.
