About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Energy Industry. As a key member of our Customer Experience Hub, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls and online enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets related to sales, responsiveness, quality, and customer excellence.
  • Owning customer queries, delivering a first call resolution and highlighting potential repeat call drivers.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Alinta Energy brand and services at every customer interaction.

After completing our comprehensive paid training program, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Working Arrangements

You will be working in a hybrid model, with a refined rotating roster of 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional half day on Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm) from home.
