Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming customer calls and online enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets related to sales, responsiveness, quality, and customer excellence.
- Owning customer queries, delivering a first call resolution and highlighting potential repeat call drivers.
- Demonstrate the value of the Alinta Energy brand and services at every customer interaction.
As a Customer Service Representative with Alinta Energy, you will have the opportunity to grow your career while gaining exposure to industry-leading technology and developing skills to support and drive customer excellence.
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support. Our team is committed to shared respect, great communication, and acting on our ideas to achieve our goals.
What You'll Bring To ItTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
After completing our comprehensive paid training program, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Working ArrangementsYou will be working in a hybrid model, with a refined rotating roster of 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional half day on Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm) from home.
