We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers/Lifeguards at Latrobe City Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the public using the facilities and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Enforce centre behaviours and safety rules as required, and be familiar with emergency First Aid and evacuation procedures
  • Handle telephone and counter enquiries, and input data into the computer to update attendance, membership records, and record bookings in programs
  • Keep the facilities clean and tidy at all times
Requirements
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Current pool lifeguard qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in cash handling and computer system experience
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
