We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers/Lifeguards at Latrobe Leisure Facilities.

As a Customer Service Officer/Lifeguard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons, and maintaining a clean and tidy facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the public using the facilities and enforce centre behaviours and safety rules as required
  • Maintain vigilant observation of all activities in the pool area and take action as required
  • Be familiar with emergency First Aid and evacuation procedures and take action as required
  • Handle telephone and counter enquires and input data into the computer to update attendance, membership records, and record bookings in programs
  • Keep the facilities clean and tidy at all times
Requirements
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Current pool lifeguard qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in cash handling and computer system experience
  • High attention to detail
