Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Services Manager to join our team at Tradewind Australia. As a key member of our aged care management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a remote team, delivering program objectives within service delivery and budget parameters.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of monitoring and managing budgets, as well as the ability to critically analyse business performance. You will also have a commitment to excellence in customer service, particularly in aged care customer service and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a remote team to deliver program objectives within service delivery and budget parameters.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and manage budgets, and critically analyse business performance.
- Provide support and direction to a team of direct care staff working remotely in client homes.
- Oversee the efficient collection and organisation of data as outlined in service agreements and business strategies.
- Investigate and address complaints within your area of responsibility, responding swiftly and effectively in alignment with our clients' established procedures.
- Medium to high level of computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs and the internet.
- Proven ability to undertake data entry, document management and navigate between databases.
- A current driver's license is essential.
- Ability to undergo a Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
