What Role Will You Play?

As the technical support specialist, you will provide assistance at a walk-up and remote-based IT support function for technology-related queries and offer local hardware support for our various businesses.

You will have a direct impact on the service to the business and be the face of technology as the first point of contact for all staff requiring help or information regarding technology within our organization.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Office, 0365, Windows 10 Pro, Active Directory, and Microsoft Server Platforms
  • Proven experience in providing desktop support to end users utilizing a computerized service management ticketing system
  • Superior customer service skills and strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Diligence in adhering to security, regulatory, and compliance processes
