Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a proactive advocate for customer needs. As a key member of our support team, you will own customer challenges and work on preventing them from recurring.

  • You'll provide exceptional support to customers across our platform.
  • You'll respond promptly to initial inquiries and assign tickets to the team based on complexity and issue.
  • You'll engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely responses that meet our service level agreements.
  • You'll handle dissatisfied customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • You'll maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
  • You'll collaborate with colleagues to implement process improvements and introduce new technologies.
  • You'll monitor system performance and identify potential issues.

This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days spent in the office and the rest working remotely.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident phone manner and active listening skills.
  • A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
