We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, employee performance, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
