Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Frontline Hospitality SA & NT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
