The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations, including facilities management and security
  • Ensuring employee productivity and efficiency
  • Monitoring and reporting on revenue and cash flow
  • Upholding and enforcing company policies
  • Training new hires and addressing employee complaints or performance issues
  • Scheduling shifts and assisting with budget creation
  • Addressing customer issues and complaints
  • Overseeing security and maintenance of facilities

Requirements and skills:

  • Work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
  • Team management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with facilities maintenance and/or security
  • Strong problem-solving skills
