Lead the Sourcing Team

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of product sourcing, supply chain management and administration. This key role will involve developing and executing sourcing strategies, building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a degree in commerce, engineering, business or a similar relevant discipline
  • minimum 10 years demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement and contract source negotiation
  • demonstrated team leadership and logistics management skills
  • sound computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience in using software for supply chain management would be advantageous
