We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Procurement Directors to join our ATO Sourcing, Commercial Services & Leasing team.
As a Procurement Director, you will leverage your professional knowledge to lead, influence and collaborate across the organisation to drive procurement and contract management activities. Your work will deliver savings, foster innovation, improve efficiencies and achieve the best outcomes for both the ATO and the community.
You will build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key internal and external partners, providing high level advice, leading complex negotiations while delivering strategic business outcomes.
You will provide specialist advice on complex, end-to-end procurement and contract management matters, ensuring compliance, value and strategic alignment. You\'ll lead a team of procurement professionals, overseeing the delivery of sensitive and highly detailed procurement projects and work programs that support organisational priorities.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Melbourne CBD.

OverviewDirector-level role in procurement within a government administration context, focusing on leadership, strategic procurement and contract management across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Lead, influence and collaborate across the organisation to drive procurement and contract management activities.
- Deliver savings, foster innovation, improve efficiencies and achieve the best outcomes for the ATO and the community.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external partners.
- Provide high level advice and lead complex negotiations while delivering strategic business outcomes.
- Provide specialist advice on end-to-end procurement and contract management matters, ensuring compliance, value and strategic alignment.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals and oversee the delivery of sensitive, detailed procurement projects and programs.
- Proven experience in senior procurement/contract management roles, with ability to lead complex negotiations and strategic sourcing programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance requirements and government procurement frameworks.
- Experience leading and developing a team of procurement professionals.
- Location: Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Melbourne CBD
