Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our Moranbah branch. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business processes to optimize operational efficiencies and performance.

About the Role: As a team lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing group to deliver exceptional customer service, manage branch operations, and drive sales activities to grow our business in the area. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and cohesive team environment, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring all required reporting and end-of-month processes are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branch safety culture and compliance requirements
  • Manage branch operations to deliver branch profit, performance, people, and customer service requirements
  • Drive business processes to optimize operational efficiencies and performance
  • Build and maintain a strong and cohesive team environment, in line with our values
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service, high standards of work, and ensure they have the opportunity to learn and develop in their roles
  • Ensure all required reporting and end-of-month processes are completed
  • Support sales activities and teams to ensure we continue to grow our business in the area

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Operational management experience with P&L responsibilities
  • Strong people leadership skills with success in building high-performing teams
  • Previous experience in rental, industrial, construction, or related industry
  • Sound customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills, organization, and accuracy
  • Sound computer skills with ability to use databases and systems
