Job Title: Senior Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the efficient operation of our heavy mining equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to a team of diesel fitters and maintenance personnel
  • Coordinating maintenance activities across CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Liebherr mining equipment
  • Carrying out preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on heavy mining equipment when required
  • Fostering a positive, team-focused culture by mentoring and developing crew members
  • Ensuring compliance with site safety standards, procedures, and reporting requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Fitting trade certificate (or equivalent)
  • Proven leading hand/supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and support maintenance crews
  • Current G1, G8, G9 (S1, S2, S3) and G2 certificates
