Operational Technology Leadership Position

This position offers a unique chance to lead and contribute to the management, maintenance, and sustainment of operational technology systems.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks- Provide expert advice and problem-solving on operational technology systems
- Offer strategic guidance to operational and capability managers on effective use and associated risks of deployed technologies
- Lead a team of technical experts to identify, procure, maintain, and sustain operational technology in support of operations
- Promote enduring partnerships under governance and financial controls with vendors for operational technology capabilities
- Collaborate with financial teams to ensure effective budget management and procurement arrangements
- Contribute to capability roadmaps in consultation with leadership, customers, and Regional Technical Officers
- Work across operational teams, engineering teams, and industry partners to manage the full lifecycle of operational technology
- Collaborate with international partners on technology development and advancement
- Serve as a supportive team member, assisting the broader capability cohort in operational taskings, development, sustainment, and governance
- Facilitate access to vendors for OTO and liaison-based training activities
