Job Title:

IT End User Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our IT Operations team. The successful candidate will provide support services to staff and ensure continuous access to and effective use of ICT resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT Operations team in delivering high-quality support services to staff.
  • Provide expert advice on computer operating systems and software, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Office 365.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of hardware faults and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of computer operating systems and software (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Office 365).
  • Experience with hardware repair and fault diagnosis.
  • Strong collaborative working skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven experience in managing and meeting KPIs individually and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and implement solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading customer-facing technical teams.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in IT Service Management (ITSM)/ITIL.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an IT-related field are desirable.
