About the Senior Manager ICT Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, daily operations, and continual advancement of technology environment.

You will report directly to the General Manager Operations and be responsible for delivering, securing, and performing ICT infrastructure across corporate and functional divisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing ICT team
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee ICT projects from initiation through to completion
  • Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goals
  • Ensure network systems, data management, and software applications are secure, reliable, and performant
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, and 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
