Overview

Exclaim IT is seeking a skilled Service Desk Officer to join our dynamic team for an initial 3-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment, tackling real-time IT issues and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and investigate IT-related issues over the phone, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Deliver proactive and cooperative customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our clients.
  • Log and resolve IT tickets, escalating to cross-functional teams as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Share lessons learned and process improvements with your team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
  • AGSVA Baseline Clearance (existing)
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check
  • Clear communication and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to technology changes and follow processes accurately
  • Prior experience in a phone-based or dynamic customer service environment is highly desirable
