Financial Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing financial services processes, ensuring daily reconciliations are completed, and preparing journals as required.

  • You will be responsible for reconciliation and settlement activities, ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for management.
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies in reports, ensuring compliance with business rules and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily financial services tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  2. Analyse and investigate variances between General Ledger and supporting reports.
  3. Manage and resolve issues related to data transfers and third-party vendor reporting.
  4. Provide variance analysis and aging information for assigned account balances.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
