Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to lead our financial operations. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Coordinate financial activities in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on salary sacrifice deductions.
  • Ensure financial control and reporting, maintaining compliance and accuracy across financial statements.
  • Sustain business compliance for current statutory and regulatory obligations pertaining to finance/accounting.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and schedules.
  • Lead and manage finance operational teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts and payroll.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence financial decisions that drive business success.

This role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation, project planning, and process improvements related to financial activities to strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Proven experience in managing financial operations and accounting functions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant accounting practices and standards, tax legislation, and applicable government acts.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
