The Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for growing philanthropic revenue through nurturing key relationships in a portfolio of existing and new major donors. This role requires research, pipeline growth, and stewardship through compelling storytelling and supporting collateral.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fundraising and/or relationship fundraising, with a track record of successful revenue growth and generation of major gifts. Sound knowledge of current best practice fundraising principles, moves management, giving motivations, and the philanthropic landscape is essential.

A successful Philanthropy Manager will possess outstanding communication, written, and persuasive skills, with the ability to be a compelling storyteller and do 'the ask.' Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, along with excellent knowledge of CRM software, are also crucial.
