Our tailored support models prioritize flexibility and stability, catering to diverse needs and preferences:

  • Full-time roles with structured hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Part-time roles with regular rosters and opportunities for extra shifts
  • Casual roles with flexible scheduling and consistency

We emphasize person-centered care, supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines. This includes:

  • Providing responsive support to individuals with complex trauma and challenging behaviors
  • Collaborating with external care teams and families to enhance everyday living skills and community participation
  • Administering medication and following detailed health support plans
  • Implementing behavior support plans and using de-escalation techniques

To thrive in our team, you will bring the following experience:

  • At least 6 months' experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or related fields
  • A Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
  • Experience supporting people with mental illness, high physical needs, and behaviors of concern

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients, families, and external partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
