This role offers the chance to provide high-quality care to residents, manage and supervise a team of support workers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred optimal care with holistic outcomes.
About the RoleThe primary function of this position is to deliver exceptional care to residents, oversee and direct a team of support workers, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centred care that achieves optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Manage and supervise a team of support workers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Selection Criteria:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience.
- Rural and remote nursing experience highly regarded.
- Aged care experience also highly regarded.
- Ability to maintain documentation to a high standard.
- Eligibility to work in regional Tasmania.
