**Responsibilities**

**Providing personal care, respite, domestic assistance, social support and transport to people living in their homes. This includes;**
- **Assisting clients with their personal care needs - this may include toileting, bathing, showering, oral hygiene, and other personal hygiene needs.**
- **Assisting clients with cooking, food preparation and meal planning.**:

- **Transport to medical appointments, social engagements, shopping (including assisting with shopping) and other outings as required.**
- **Performing light domestic duties such as vacuuming, laundry, general cleaning, dusting, washing dishes, spot cleaning windows, spot cleaning carpets, making beds.**:

- **Supporting carers of clients with respite care.**
- **Delivery of services that promote the dignity, independence and empowerment of clients.**
- **Adhering to the documented and approved Care Instructions.**
- **Monitoring any changes in client needs and reporting them to the Client Care team.**
- **Immediately report any changes in client conditions or incidents to the Client Care team.**
- **Maintaining up to date accurate client shift notes in line with HWH requirements.**
- **Report all emerging risks, issues and incidents to their manager or appropriate officer.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.90 - $64.70 per hour

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
