**About the Role**
We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Personal care
- Bowel and catheter care
- Hoisting transfers
- Overnight Support
- **Female Support Workers only**:
- **Bowel, catheter and hoisting experience preferred**:
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
- A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
- NSW Driver License

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $35.47 - $39.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
