High-Performing Agile Collaborator

This role necessitates a highly skilled and experienced Agile facilitator to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and facilitating Agile practices, ensuring teams understand and adhere to Agile principles.
The RoleThe Agile facilitator will work closely with Program/Project Managers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members, engaging in daily interactions to maintain a clear vision, ensure transparency, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on innovation and user outcomes.
- Certificate in Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment.
- Experience working within a complex, enterprise environment and across multiple projects within a program of work.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks including ceremonies, roles, and artefacts.
- Extensive experience with Jira for tracking sprints, backlogs, and team velocity.
You will be a self-starting individual with excellent work organisation, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure. You will have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
