About this role:
We're seeking a skilled Agile Coach to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding teams through the Agile methodology, providing feedback and means of improvement to Product Owners and teammates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and coaching multiple high-performing agile individuals and teams on agile mindsets and behaviors.
- Empowering agile teams to build, grow, and sustain thriving agile teams.
- Fostering close collaboration across teams.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone, coaching teams in self-organisation and cross-functionality, and facilitating communications across the team and resolving differences.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong process management skills and lean / six sigma principles, as well as knowledge of various requirements gathering techniques, data modeling, and entity-relationship modeling.
About you:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about agile methodologies and has experience working with teams to drive continuous improvement. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies.
