About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead Agile processes and foster collaboration within a Cyber Security Technology team.

We are looking for a professional who can coach team members, manage dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will enhance the Squad's performance, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes by facilitating ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, and promoting psychological safety.

Key responsibilities include managing Agile processes, protecting the Squad from distractions, and maintaining a healthy backlog.

This role requires strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills are essential for success in this position.

A commitment to fostering a healthy, safe environment that promotes innovation and effective risk management is also required.

Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively
  • A commitment to fostering a healthy, safe environment that promotes innovation and effective risk management
