Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

This is a senior leadership role that will enable flexible working from home arrangements based in Melbourne or Sydney.

The successful candidate will be accountable for leading the end-to-end agile delivery processes of Case Management Systems Program.

You will serve, coach and challenge program stream teams to build a high-performance culture, facilitating agile practices whilst helping ensure the program streams are on track.

This role involves 30% strategic planning, and 70% hands on management of delivery of digital products.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor to the program stream teams, guiding them to build a high-performance culture.
  • Facilitate agile practices and help ensure the program streams are on track.
  • Manage the end-to-end agile delivery process for the organisation's Case Management Systems Program.
