Project Coordination Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee translation projects, ensuring our products resonate across global markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Manage localization projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with teams on product updates, marketing campaigns, and customer support materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, monitor deliveries, and manage quality standards to maintain high-quality products.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project schedules, documentation, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide exceptional support to stakeholders under tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: 1+ year of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in localization.
  • CAT Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and localization best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
