About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global Project Management Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives and driving project success.
- Develop and implement best-in-class project delivery systems, processes, and tools for global projects.
- Manage project team structures, resource allocation, and ways of working across initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, including task scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
- Align and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a proven track record of leading complex projects. Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills will enable you to thrive in dynamic environments and bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in senior PMO or change management roles, ideally with global exposure.
- Expertise in project management systems (e.g., Smartsheets or Wrike).
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and skilled at managing competing priorities effectively.
