Job Description

We are seeking a Global Project Coordinator to oversee the management of localization projects across various regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and stakeholders, maintaining project schedules, and upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines accordingly
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product updates, marketing campaigns, and customer support materials
  • Foster effective communication with external vendors, monitor progress, and address any concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation, track project milestones, and report to senior management
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination, preferably in a localization or international setting
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and time zones
  • Familiarity with CAT tools and localization best practices is a plus
