Job Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Sydney. This role will provide an opportunity to work on a nationally significant transport project and gain exposure to global project experience.

About the Role
  • Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and value.
  • Support the preparation of variations, payment claims, and contract correspondence.
  • Assist in commercial performance tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with legal, procurement, and delivery teams to manage contract risk.
  • Maintain clear documentation and support tender evaluations as required.
About You
  • 3–6 years' experience in contracts administration or commercial project support.
  • Background in civil infrastructure, transport, or utilities preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction contracts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline.
  • Effective communicator able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
