High-profile commercial projects with significant scale and complexity are available for a detail-driven Senior CA.

This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a senior leadership role and play a key part in the delivery of large-scale commercial builds. Working alongside experienced project managers and a supportive team, you will lead contract administration on complex projects, preparing and managing head contracts, subcontracts, and procurement packages. Your strong negotiation and communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

You will track variations, progress claims, and manage cost reporting, providing commercial input during design, delivery, and closeout phases. As a mentor, you will support junior CA staff on larger project teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Minimum 5–8 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction

Proven experience on projects valued at $30M+, ideally $50M and above

Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and relevant legislation

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
