Commercial Contracts Coordinator Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering successful commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial forecasts, monitor project expenditure, and produce cash flow statements.
  • Provide input for management reports to the Senior Team.
  • Ensure site supervisors are aware of the project scope and tender package inclusions.
  • Preparation of tender documents required for subcontractor procurement, including schedules and comparative analysis.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Liaise with clients regarding progress claims under head contracts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar fields.
  • Experience working on commercial projects with a focus on contracts administration.
  • Strong local experience as a contracts administrator.
  • Previous success in completing multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Understanding of Australian commercial and legal issues related to head contracts.
  • Working knowledge of major building trades.
  • A collaborative attitude is essential - we value team players.
