Project Opportunity

A leading construction company is seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to join their team. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of a major commercial project, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

The successful candidate will have experience in project engineering, with a strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and budgeting. They will be responsible for collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting project managers with project scope definition and development
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation (schedules, contracts, change orders)
  • Monitoring progress and updating stakeholders on milestones and issues
  • Coordinating with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects over $100 million
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
